Welcome to Fukuromono Museum
The Azumaya Fukuromono museum was founded on April 1st 2004. Azumaya was
established on 1914 as a small leather bags manufacture (Wallet/ Coin case/Book
jacket/Passport case etc..). Fukuromono is a generic term used to refer to bag
and this origin is small bag (leather). We would like to you to visit us as many
people as possible to know about the history of Fukuromono and join the Sumida
small museum program. We are looking forward to see many of you!
